When you return a product to one of our stores, you can choose to receive your refund as a Credit Note. This Credit Note can be used to shop any Home Centre product online or in-store.

If you pay using Cash on Delivery and then return your product either by initiating a request online or by arranging a pick-up, you'll receive your refund as a Return Voucher. You can use your Return Voucher only to shop Home Centre products online or in-store.

Both Credit Notes and Return Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and must be spent in a single transaction.
